Derek Varner

Derek Varner has over 21 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Derek began their career at The Dow Chemical Company, where they worked as a Software Engineer and received recognition from the CEO for their work on a compliance project. After that, they joined Oliver Wyman as a Software Engineer. Currently, Derek is employed at JATO Dynamics, where they have held multiple positions, including Software Engineer, Regional Manager, and Product Development Manager. Derek is currently the VP of Software Engineering and recently became the Head of Software Engineering (Global). Derek's experience includes product development, software engineering, and leadership roles.

Derek Varner has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Northwood University, where they completed a dual major in Management and Information Systems.
