Sergey Smirnov

Sergey Smirnov has a strong background in the field of GPS technology and hardware engineering. Sergey started their career in 1993 at Ashtech Inc. as a Hardware Engineer, where they worked until 1998. Sergey then joined Magellan GPS as a Hardware Engineer and remained with the company until 2005. In 2005, Sergey joined JAVAD GNSS as an ASIC Design Engineer, and later became the ASIC Group Manager in 2011. Throughout their career, Sergey has gained extensive experience in ASIC design and management roles within the GPS industry.

Sergey Smirnov obtained their Engineer's degree in Digital Radio Systems from MIREA (Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation) in Moscow from 1988 to 1993.
