Mathilde Letouzé has held a variety of roles in the agricultural and food industries, beginning in 2014 as a Saisonnier at Lepicard Agriculture. In 2015, they were a Stagiaire at the Exploitation Agricole de M. Antoine Féron. In 2016, they were an Intensive Lambing Assistant at Joyces Park Farm, a Handman Assistant at Cussinet’s Family, and a Stage Immersion en Industrie Agroalimentaire at Tarte Frais. In 2017, they were a Stage Assistant Ingénieur at Teillage Vandecandelaere and a Stage Immersion en Agrofourniture at SICA Pulpes Moult - CSOB. Since 2019, they have been Manager of Customer Success, Chef de Projet Développement Commercial, and Responsable de Service - Innovation Silo at Javelot. In this role, they have been in charge of developing and deploying the “Innovation Silo” offer to Javelot’s partner cooperatives and wholesalers, communicating with future users, and implementing and using the tools and application.
Mathilde Letouzé received their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie agricole from ISA Lille in 2019. Mathilde also completed an exchange program in Ingénierie agricole at Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" in 2018.
