Molly Gibeau-Griffin is the current Foundation Manager at JAWONIO INC. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Development for Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson from April 2010 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for cultivating funding through grants, corporate sponsorships, annual giving campaigns, major gifts, planned giving and fundraising events to enable Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson (GSHH) to meet its mission. Molly also served as the Professional Advancement Chair for ADO Westchester from January 2013 to December 2014. From 2007 to 2010, Molly was a member of the Nyack Rotary Club and they served as the Executive Director of Rockland Parent-Child Center from 2006 to 2010.

Molly Gibeau-Griffin holds a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from the same school. Molly also has a HS Diploma from Montclair High School. Molly has participated in leadership training at Leadership Rockland and Undoing Racism.

They are on a team with Paul Lovejoy - Director, Jawonio Promise Program & Behavioral Health, Theresa Parker - Director of Human Resources, and Diana Hess - Chief Communications & Development Officer. Molly Gibeau-Griffin reports to Randi L. Rios-Castro, Executive Director & CEO.
