Theresa Parker

Theresa Parker has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Theresa started their career as an HR Business Partner at Mastercard Advisors, where they led the integration of all HR processes for a high-profile acquisition. Theresa then became Vice President of Global Talent Management at Mastercard, where they led the performance management program and introduced radical enhancements to the program. Theresa also designed and delivered an interactive talent/development card for all employees globally. Most recently, they are the Director of Human Resources at JAWONIO INC.

Theresa Parker majored in mathematics at Fordham University.
