Marty Mahoney

Marty Mahoney has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Risk Management, and Corporate and Regulatory Compliance. From 2013 to present, they have served as Vice President Human Resources for Jay Cashman, Inc., Cashman Dredging and Marine Contracting Company LLC. From 2004 to present, they have worked as a Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Risk Management Consultant (HRBP) for McCabe Consulting Group, where they have managed human resources, labor relations, risk management, and corporate and regulatory compliance functions for diverse multi-site businesses and organizations. From 2007 to present, they have also worked as a Project Manager for Gansett Workforce Resources LLC, where they developed and launched a start-up non-union WBE contracting business operating in 7 states. From 1994 to 1992, they served as Assistant Director for the Massachusetts Port Authority and Corporate Risk Analyst for DMC Services Inc.

Marty Mahoney has completed a Building Analyst Professional certification from the Building Performance Institute, a Business Information Technology certification from the MIT Executive Management Program, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regis College, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
