Roman Davis

Roman Davis has worked in the field of employee development and strategy since 2013. Roman began their career at the Old Colony YMCA, where they held various roles from Program Coordinator to Youth and Teen Director. In 2013, they were promoted to Associate Executive Director, followed by Executive Director in 2017, and Senior Executive Director in 2019. In 2023, they joined Jay Cashman, Inc. as Director of Employee Development and Strategy.

Roman Davis obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Sciences Concentration from UMass Boston between 2009 and 2014. Roman also holds a certification from The Partnership, Inc. as a Next Generation Executive Alum, which they obtained in April 2022.
