Fred Dotson

Fred Dotson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and sales across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Jay Industrial Repair since February 2022, Fred previously owned D 5 Engineering from 2017 to February 2022. Earlier roles include Technical Field Services Manager at TAW and Florida Branch Manager at Allied Reliability, overseeing a team focused on vibration analysis, laser alignment, and preventive maintenance. Fred began their career at Graphic Packaging International, first as an E&I Superintendent and later as a Project Engineer, where key projects included the Recovery boiler and paper machine rebuilds. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and has a minor in Mathematics from Troy University, along with certifications in CMRP and CRMP.
