Gatha Sadhir

Gatha Sadhir currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Technology at Jazwares, LLC, where the focus is on driving technological transformation and operational effectiveness. Previously, Gatha held multiple roles at Carnival Corporation, including Global Chief Information Security Officer, where the development of security strategies enhanced cyber risk management. Other positions at Carnival involved establishing comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance programs, along with leading shared services and quality engineering initiatives. Additionally, Gatha contributed to the Maritime Transportation System ISAC as a board member, overseeing financials and cybersecurity initiatives. Gatha's educational background includes a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School and ongoing studies in the CISO-Executive Education Program at Carnegie Mellon University.
