Sahibzada Junaid

Sahibzada Junaid is an experienced talent management and HR professional with a strong background in organizational development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management & Performance at Jazz since June 2023, Sahibzada previously held various key roles at Zong CMPak Ltd from April 2014 to July 2023, including Manager HR Organizational Development and Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition. Sahibzada has successfully led initiatives in corporate culture, employee engagement, and organizational learning while collaborating with business leaders on capability development projects. Earlier, as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Ufone, Sahibzada contributed to recruitment for over 450 positions annually and implemented strategies to enhance employer branding and compensation practices. Sahibzada holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Central Punjab, completed in 2009.
