Alicja Ratyńska

Alicja Ratyńska is a skilled synthetic chemist with extensive experience in process R&D and technology transfer, currently working at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since April 2020. Prior to this role, Alicja worked at Concept Life Sciences, where responsibilities included process impurity synthesis and alternative route scouting. Experience also includes positions at Potter & Moore, contributing to R&D and formulation of skincare products, as well as quality control and technical administration training. Early career involvement included a summer receptionist role at Newman House Catholic Chaplaincy and research as an MSci student at University College London. Alicja holds a Master's Degree in Medicinal Chemistry from UCL and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Liceum Ogólnokształcące nr 5 we Wrocławiu.
