Alison McReynolds

Executive Director, US Medical Affairs, Epilepsy And Movement Disorders at Jazz Pharmaceuticals

Alison McReynolds has extensive experience in medical affairs, particularly in the fields of epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuroscience, with current leadership as Executive Director of US Medical Affairs at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since August 2017. In this role, Alison is responsible for integrating regional medical plans with brand strategy, developing customer engagement strategies, and overseeing MSL staffing and performance. Previous positions at Jazz included North America Regional Medical Director for Neuroscience/Sleep Medicine and leading the Sleep MSL team. Before joining Jazz, Alison held significant roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where leadership included managing a team of medical science liaisons for multiple sclerosis and developing field medical strategies. Alison began the professional journey in medical affairs as a Medical Science Liaison at UCB after earning a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
