Amy Stefonick

Amy Stefonick is an experienced corporate counsel with a background in advising on complex corporate and securities matters for biotechnology firms. Amy has held various legal positions in companies such as Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Novo Resources Corp, and Janus Henderson U.S., where Amy played a key role in mergers, transactional negotiations, and contract interpretations. Amy's expertise also extends to overseeing corporate records, contract negotiations, and providing legal counsel on environmental obstacles in the mining industry. Amy holds a JD from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science from the University of Jamestown.
