Joakim Knoos

Joakim Knoos is an experienced leader in information systems and operational excellence, currently serving as the IS Strategy and Operational Excellence Lead at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since June 2023. Previously, Joakim held various roles at Amgen from 2006 to 2023, including Director of IS as the Scaled Agile Program Lead, where Joakim orchestrated a significant transformation to an agile-focused organization, achieving impressive results such as a Net Promoter Score of +56% and a substantial reduction in delivery time. Joakim's extensive background also includes project management roles at EMC and Connecta, complemented by an MBA in Information Systems from California State University-Long Beach and dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Gothenburg and University of Warwick.
