Mara Rinnander

Mara Rinnander is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director, HR Business Partner at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Mara has previously held senior positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Director of Talent & Organizational Development and Director of Global HR Policy and Compliance. Prior experience at Merck features roles such as HR Leader and Director of HR Operations, along with a foundational position as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture.
