Matt Kosior currently serves as the Director of Corporate and Securities Counsel at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since November 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was a Senior Associate at WilmerHale from February 2023 to October 2025 and an Associate at Cooley LLP from October 2019 to December 2022.
