Molly H. Wilson

Molly H. Wilson is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Executive Director and Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Commercial Officer at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since April 2018. With a strong background in marketing and leadership, Molly has held multiple senior roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, including Senior Director positions in various capacities, where significant achievements include leading brand strategies for the flagship product Xywav and successfully executing launch preparations for new products. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AstraZeneca, Tonic Life Communications, and Tierney Communications, along with a tenure as President of PRSA Philadelphia. Molly holds a BA in English Writing from St. Lawrence University and an MBA in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
