Rachael Field

Rachael Field has a diverse work experience in the television and production industry. Rachael co-founded JB SKRUB in 2023 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked as the President of Bowen And Sons Productions starting from June 2019. Rachael also has experience working at 20th Century Fox TV where they served as a Producer from June 2010 to December 2022. Rachael worked as a Producer at LA to Vegas from April 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as an Associate Producer at Modern Family from September 2014 to March 2017.

Rachael Field attended Northwestern University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
