Erica Moloney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and retail management. As Vice President of Talent Acquisition at JBC since March 2014, Erica leads recruitment strategies for a diverse range of innovative brands. Previously, Erica held various roles at 24 Seven Inc., including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition, following a successful career in retail management with Abercrombie & Fitch, where Erica managed multi-million dollar locations and trained teams of managers and associates. Erica's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Marist College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College.
