Amy Rice

Amy Rice has extensive work experience in the retail and marketing industries. Amy served as the Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at JBG SMITH from May 2016. In this role, they managed a team and was responsible for the strategy and direction of retail development projects. Prior to that, they worked at Hines as a Director overseeing the retail component of the CityCenterDC redevelopment. At Metropolitan Homes, they worked as a Marketing Manager, conducting market research and strategizing for each community. Amy also has experience at Richmond American Homes as an Account Executive, implementing sales and marketing strategies. Amy Rice started their career at Experian as a Senior Client Services Project Manager, where they provided strategic marketing evaluation and consultation for clients.

Amy Rice earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Development from The George Washington University. Amy completed their MBA from 2006 to 2008.
