Caroline Britt

Caroline Britt has work experience as a Development Analyst at JBG SMITH since June 2022. Previously, they worked as a Development Intern at the same company from June 2021 to August 2021. Before that, Caroline was a Construction Project Management Intern at HITT Contracting Inc. from June 2020 to August 2020. Caroline also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at HITT Contracting Inc. from May 2019 to August 2019.

Caroline Britt obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Communication from Villanova University, from the years 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Flint Hill School from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Caroline also earned certifications in Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM Level 1 & 2) from Real Estate Financial Modeling in July 2021, and as a General Contractor with expertise in Core Tools, Project Management, Quality & Safety, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Superintendent from Procore Technologies in June 2020.
