Craig Swanson

Craig Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Craig began their career as a High School Physics Teacher at Towson High in 2005. In 2006, they transitioned to become a Project Engineer at The Bozzuto Group, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Craig worked at Bozzuto Construction Company, where they held various roles including Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Preconstruction Manager, Project Manager, and Preconstruction Manager. In 2015, they joined Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company, as the Director of Preconstruction and Estimating until 2018. Currently, Craig is employed at JBG SMITH, starting as a Development Associate in 2018 and later promoted to Vice President - Development/Precon in 2019.

Craig Swanson earned their Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Teaching degrees from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. This took place from the year 2000 to 2005. Their field of study during this time was Physics and Education. Following this, Swanson attended Loyola University Maryland from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance.
