David Maggio

David Maggio has a strong background in real estate and finance, with over 20 years of experience. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Social Impact Investments at JBG SMITH, a role they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Housing Partnership Equity Trust for six years, starting as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management in November 2013 and leaving in May 2019. Before joining Housing Partnership Equity Trust, David worked at Fannie Mae for ten years, serving as Director of Multifamily Debt and Equity from October 2003 to their departure in 2013. Their career in the field began at Archon Group, where they worked as an Analyst/Associate from 1998 to 2003.

David Maggio received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Political Science from Binghamton University in 1996. David attended the university from 1992 to 1996.
