Lauren Hart

Lauren Hart, CPA has a diverse work experience. Lauren started their career as a Staff Accountant Intern at BAKER TILLY BEERS & CUTLER, PLLC in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Staff Accountant and later as a Senior Accountant at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. In 2013, Lauren joined JBG SMITH as a Project Accountant and was promoted to Senior Project & Fund Accountant in 2015. Lauren then served as an Accounting Manager from 2017 to 2018 before becoming a Portfolio Controller until 2020. Currently, Lauren holds the position of Vice President, Property Accounting at JBG SMITH as of January 2021.

Lauren Hart, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting and Anthropology from the University of Richmond. Lauren also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with a major in Accounting from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business.
