Tina Ordenes

Tina Ordenes has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Tina began their career at Archstone, where they worked as an Assistant Community Manager, acting as a liaison between the community staff and residents. Tina then moved on to become a Regional Training Manager, where they designed and conducted workshops and coordinated with senior leadership to achieve operational and financial goals. Tina later became a Senior Regional Training Manager, specializing in coaching business executives and sales consultants to optimize customer service and leadership performance. In 2013, Tina joined Vornado Charles E. Smith as a Director of Training and Development, overseeing training programs for the company. Tina currently serves as the Director of Professional Development Training at JBG SMITH since 2017.

Tina Ordenes has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
