William Casas

William Casas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. William is currently working at JBG SMITH, where they started as an Intern in July 2015 and later transitioned to the role of Business Systems Analyst in June 2016. William then became a Senior Systems Analyst in January 2018 and is currently serving as the Manager of Cloud Enablement since January 2021.

Prior to their time at JBG SMITH, William worked as an Academic Tutor at an Independent organization from January 2013 to May 2015. William gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Maryland from August 2012 to May 2013. Furthermore, they began their professional career as an IT Technician at the Montgomery County Students Information Technology Foundation from September 2010 to June 2011.

William Casas completed their education history with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics-Applied from the University of Maryland, which took place from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Montgomery College from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Computer Science. For their high school education, William attended Thomas S Wootton High School from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they also attended Thomas Edison High School of Technology from 2010 to 2011.

In terms of certifications, William obtained a LogicMonitor Certified Professional certification from LogicMonitor in February 2020. In March 2019, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. William also holds a Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow, which they obtained in April 2018. In the same year, they acquired certifications in CompTIA Project+, ITIL Foundations, and CompTIA Network+. Furthermore, in October 2010, William obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
