Kari Hassler

Kari Hassler is an experienced human resource professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist and Senior Talent Specialist at JBS International, Inc. since September 2019, Kari builds business partner relationships, providing coaching and guidance on organizational issues. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at MSM Security Services LLC and Human Resources Business Partner at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, where Kari managed recruitment processes, compliance with employment laws, and collaborated with leadership on strategic solutions. Kari holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
