Rosa Neal

Rosa Neal, MHS, possesses extensive experience in leadership and management within health services and community outreach. At JBS International, Inc. since 1999, Rosa served as Principal and Project Director, collaborating with senior leadership to develop marketing and management strategies. Previous roles include Executive Producer and Host of "Community Health Beat" at WEAA 88.9 FM, Executive Director at the Village Center of Poppleton, and Director of Community Relations at the University of Maryland Medical System. Rosa's early career involved significant positions at Bethel AME Church, Liberty Medical Center, Morgan State University, and Provident Hospital, focusing on program development, community outreach, and educational initiatives. Rosa earned a Master of Health Services from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Morgan State University.
