Renee Debar

Renee DeBar has extensive experience in the field of compensation and employee benefits, currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits at JBS since March 2010. Prior to this role, Renee held the position of Director of Employee Benefits at Pilgrim's Pride Corporation from January 2007 to February 2010. Furthermore, Renee spent over three decades at Gold Kist Inc., where the Director position was assumed in 2000, contributing significantly to employee benefits until December 2006.
