Wendy Baker has held various roles in the food industry, starting at Cargill in 1996 where Wendy worked their way up to Superintendent and Animal Welfare Manager. Currently, at JBS since 2015, Wendy serves as Quality Assurance Manager, Product Manager, and Animal Welfare Manager. Additionally, Wendy has a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Administration and Management from William Penn University.
