Hailey Sipe

Hailey Sipe is a seasoned treasury finance professional with extensive experience in cash management and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Treasury Analyst at JBS USA since December 2022, Hailey administers cash management operations, manages banking relationships, forecasts foreign currency needs, and prepares reconciliations and comprehensive reports for finance leadership. Previously, Hailey held the position of Senior Accounting Analyst at the Wyoming State Treasurer, ensuring compliance with GAAP and GASB, while performing complex accounting tasks and facilitating effective communication between state agencies and banking institutions. Beginning a career as a Bank Teller/Vault Teller at First Interstate, Hailey developed strong skills in customer service, cash handling, and team management. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wyoming in 2020.
