Joe MacHetta

Joe Machetta is an experienced operations and business development professional with a strong background in the food production industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at JBS USA since March 2014, Joe has held multiple leadership roles within the company, focusing on productivity savings, new product commercialization, and engineering functions. Prior to JBS USA, Joe's career included positions as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Hillshire Brands, as well as various managerial roles at Kraft Foods Group and Paper Pak Industries. Joe began professional training as a Maintenance Engineer at International Paper. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and William Woods University, respectively.
