Pam Colwell

Pam Colwell is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as the Director of Foodservice Sales for Pork at JBS USA since January 2022. Colwell has held various roles at JBS since December 2010, including Regional Field Sales Manager for the Midwest and Senior Sales Manager for the Southeast Region, managing relationships with retail customers. Prior to JBS, Colwell was the Manager of the Commercial Group at Midwest Meatpacking, LLC, and held sales positions at IPA Health Insurance and Premium Protein Products. A long tenure at Tyson Foods, starting in 1989, included key roles in National Account Sales and pricing strategy. Colwell holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Briar Cliff University, achieving a 3.8 GPA.
