Misty L currently serves as Revenue Manager at JC Resorts since July 2022, previously holding the position of Revenue and Reservations Assistant Manager. Misty L has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including roles such as Director of Rooms and Director of Front Office at Surf & Sand Resort from 2015 to 2022, and Director of Guest Services at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa from 2014 to 2015. Prior experience includes positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and various Hyatt properties, culminating in an award as Manager of the Year in 2012. Misty L holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has also studied at DCT International Business and Hotel Management School.
