Tracie Stender

Tracie Stender has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tracie is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Compliance - Senior Counsel at JC Resorts since August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP from August 2014 to August 2022. Tracie's practice at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP involved representing public agencies and nonprofits in various litigation matters and providing counsel on governance and operational issues.

Prior to that, Tracie worked as an Associate Attorney at Daley & Heft LLP from April 2012 to August 2014. Tracie started their legal career as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law from July 2009 to June 2010. Tracie also gained experience as a Community Response Team Advocate at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc. from June 2007 to July 2008.

Tracie Stender earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science/International Relations from UC San Diego, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a legal career by completing their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Tracie successfully completed their JD degree from 2008 to 2011, specializing in the field of law.
