Mariya Salapina, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive background in Human Resources. Mariya currently serves as the Human Resources Director at JC White Architectural Interior Products, a role they began in 2021. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Jewish Family Home Care from 2020-2021, where they managed and guided recruitment strategies and improved work relationships, built morale, and increased productivity. From 2013-2020, Mariya was the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist at All Heart Homecare Agency. As the Director of Human Resources, they were a driving force behind ongoing enhancement of team performances, launched innovative strategies, systemized application processes, collaborated with cross-functions, and provided insight to senior executives. As the Human Resources Generalist, they oversaw complex internal operations within the human resources department, centralized focus on sustaining pristine organization of current projects, upcoming deadlines, documentation, and employee files within the HRIS system, and elevated results through comprehensive training, assessments, and constructive feedback.

Mariya Salapina has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ivanovo State University, obtained in 2010. Her field of study was Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2015, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Brooklyn College, with a field of study in Leadership and HR Management. In July 2020, Mariya obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
