Sourindra Maity

Sourindra Maity is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as VP of HR Systems & Employee Experience at Schneider Electric since November 2009. With expertise in endpoint solutions and employee-facing applications, Sourindra has led significant initiatives, including the global transition to Windows 10, standardization of PC lifecycle processes, and the establishment of a Rapid Application Development framework. Previously, Sourindra held key roles in demand management, capacity planning, and custom application development, contributing to the deployment of innovative solutions and enhancing employee experience. Before Schneider Electric, Sourindra worked with KPIT Cummins Infosystems, Cognizant, Indus Software, and American Power Conversion. Sourindra holds a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
