James Walker is the Chief Technology Officer and oversees new initiatives involving technology. As a respected and longtime nonprofit technology professional, James brings a wealth of knowledge in software development, business intelligence, project management, and nonprofit leadership, as well as extensive experience in ticketing, marketing, advancement, and digital media.

Before joining JCA as CTO, James held the position of President at thankQ, USA, Director of Products at JCA, and held positions in technology leadership at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. James also previously served on the Board of the Tessitura Network and was the Vice President of the Board of CIOArts, an organization comprised of leading technology professionals at cultural organizations across North America.
