Navneet Sethi

Navneet Sethi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the machinery industry, primarily with JCB India Ltd. Navneet started their career with JCB India Ltd. in 2007 as the Head of Operations for Backhoe Loader. Navneet then progressed to become the Associate Vice President of Engine Purchase in 2010. In 2014, they took on the role of Vice President and Business Head of Heavyline, followed by Vice President and Business Head of Backhoe & Powertrain. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Operations & Site Head. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations & Site Head. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at JCB India Ltd., overseeing operations.

Navneet Sethi received an engineering degree from Govt. Engg. College Jabalpur between 1986 and 1991. Later, in 2011 to 2013, they completed the Global Leadership Development Program at Manchester Business School in the U.K.
