Ryan Spooner

Ryan Spooner is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Group Workplace Systems (EUC) Manager at JCB since January 1996. In this role, Ryan is responsible for defining group standards for end user hardware and software and leading a small team in the implementation of new IT products and services, while promoting the adoption of existing systems. Ryan oversees the UK’s 2nd and 3rd line technical teams and provides direct VIP support to JCB's senior leadership and the Bamford family. Ryan's career at JCB began in various roles, including IT Service Desk Technician and Group IT Service Desk Manager, showcasing a progressive advancement in responsibilities. Prior to JCB, Ryan worked at Alton Towers as a Food and Beverage Assistant. Ryan holds a BTEC GNVQ in Advanced I.T. from Stoke On Trent College and has completed GCSEs in various subjects at Thomas Alleynes High School.
