Sandra Zwickel

Sandra Zwickel has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and law. Sandra is currently the Director of Human Resources at JCC MetroWest since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Suburban Propane for over 20 years, starting as an Associate Counsel in 1999 and gradually progressing to the role of Vice President of Human Resources from November 2013 to June 2020. At Suburban Propane, they also served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from April 2011 to October 2013 and Assistant General Counsel from October 2009 to March 2011. Before joining Suburban Propane, they worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Walsh Securities from September 1998 to May 1999. Prior to that, they were a Litigation Associate at Chapman Henkoff Kessler Peduto & Saffer from May 1995 to September 1998, and at Wolff & Samson PC from September 1991 to May 1995.

Sandra Zwickel has a strong educational background. Sandra obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from New York University School of Law, graduating between the years 1988 and 1991. Throughout their educational journey, Sandra also attended Parsippany High School, although the specific years are unknown.

Later in their career, Sandra engaged in executive education programs to enhance their professional skills. In 2011, they attended Cornell University ILR School Executive Education for The Modern CHRO Role Certification. Sandra furthered their knowledge in finance and accounting through a certification program at NYU Stern School of Business in 2012. Moreover, Sandra completed the HR at the Crossroads Executive Certification from Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations in 2019.
