Susan Freed

Susan Freed is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in business banking, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager at M&T Bank since March 1997. Responsibilities include managing complex client relationships and driving business development efforts. Susan has also held a Vice President role at Key Bank and served as Manager of Business Systems at Benderson Development, as well as Corporate Controller at New Market Development. Additionally, Susan is a member of the Board of Trustees at the JCC of Greater Buffalo and participated in Leadership Buffalo's Class Experience 2012.
