Amanda Brody

Amanda Brody, EMBA, M.S., currently serves as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Sikorsky since February 2020. In parallel, Amanda has been a Swim Instructor at the Jcc Of Greater New Haven since January 2018, utilizing applied behavior analytic strategies to teach students with various challenges swimming skills. Amanda also holds a Board Member position at EachMomentWereAlive since October 2020. Previously, Amanda worked as an Associate Design Engineer at Synectic Medical Product Development, overseeing pilot build stages for medical devices and enhancing company standards through detailed documentation and analysis from June 2016 to February 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at various YMCA locations and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and both a Master of Science in Engineering and Operations Management and an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven.
