Carly Stanley

Carly Stanley has a diverse work experience. Carly started their career as an HR Business Partner at Fenwick in 2008 and worked there until 2011. Carly then joined Metro Bank (UK) as an HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Carly then transitioned to White Stuff, where they served as a People Manager from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are associated with JCDecaux, initially starting as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2019. Carly then progressed to the role of Head of People - Business Partnering and Operations from 2019 to 2020. Subsequently, they became the People Director from 2020 to 2023 and is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at JCDecaux.

Carly Stanley attended the University of Surrey, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sociology. Carly also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from the same university.
