Jean-Francois Ducrest

Jean-Francois Ducrest has extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Lytica Therapeutics since June 2022, and as a Member of the Supervisory Board, Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the RemComp and Ethics Committees at JCDecaux since May 2020. As President and Principal at PGN Advisors since January 2019, Jean-Francois manages the Ducrest Family Office. Previous experience includes being a Principal and Founding Partner at Northern Cross LLC from March 2002 until retirement in December 2018, and serving as an Advisor to the Board at Dimension Capital Management from 2012 to 2017. Early career contributions include roles at Cheuvreux, Cheuvreux de Virieu, and Banque Indosuez, with foundational internships at SAGEM, Christian Dior Perfumes, Cartier, and Banque de Gestion Privée.
