Kais Neffati

Kais Neffati is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, technical architecture, and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Développeur Java / Architect Technique at JCDecaux, Kais is involved in the redesign of the company’s advertising platform. Prior to this, Kais worked at VINCI Autoroutes as a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer, architecting a highway alert management platform. Previous roles include Tech Lead at Artcurial, Founder of Plooni, and various positions at Ingenico Group, Antelop Solutions, and MOCA Platform, where skills in Java, Scala, and cloud technologies were utilized. Kais holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Carthage and has accumulated diverse experience across multiple technical environments and industries.
