Maricon Castaneda

Maricon Castaneda is a seasoned Senior Test Product Engineer at STATS ChipPAC, with over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry. Since October 2000, Maricon has led a team of engineers focused on supporting Analog Devices products through new product start-up, transfer processes, and extensive engineering support until release for mass production. Previous roles include Senior Process Control Engineer and Test Product Engineer at STATS ChipPAC, where responsibilities ranged from optimizing process controls for yield enhancement to performing test integrity validations. Prior experience at Amkor Technology involved qualifications of new product offloads for Sandisk products, while early career contributions at Acer focused on reliability and compatibility qualifications for manufacturing.
