Vinayak Pandey

Vinayak Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and technology marketing, business development, and engineering, currently serving as Vice President at STATS ChipPAC Ltd. since January 2008. With a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and executing successful product marketing campaigns, Vinayak has achieved significant revenue growth in the flip chip product line and has been instrumental in strategic planning and financial management across various product lines. Prior to STATS ChipPAC, Vinayak worked at Intel Corporation in senior engineering roles, where Vinayak managed customer enabling programs for mobile platforms and drove new product introductions. Vinayak holds an MBA in General Management from W. P. Carey School of Business, a master's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
