Clinton calls on his prior experience as an investigative journalist and global corporate communications executive to help uncover potential threats for our clients before crisis situations arise or worsen. He helps strategically counsel business leaders, legal teams and corporate communicators through issues, crisis situations and special situations.

Clinton previously served as the Vice President of Public Affairs/Media Relations for HSBC’s commercial bank and its HSBC USA arm and as the corporate Director of Communications & Editorial Services at Merck & Co, Inc. where he also managed earnings communications for the Dow 30 company.

Additionally, Clinton is a former national award-winning journalist with numerous respected media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal where he was a national banking reporter with coverage responsibility for universal, regional and global custody banks as well as the regulators who oversaw them.
