Christina Doncell

Christina Doncell is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in recruiting, customer success, sales, and recreation management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Specialist at JCPenney since July 2022, Christina previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Xtreme Pro Apparel and various roles at HomePro, Inc. including Technology Consultant and Technology Sales Coordinator. Christina's career also includes experience as a Recreation Manager and Team Lead for the City of Plano, alongside a brief tenure as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Oklahoma Christian University, and is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. An Associate of Science in Biology was earned from Collin College.
